ARE YOUR BOWLS FOOD SAFE?

Yes! All of our wares are food safe unless otherwise stated.

CAN YOUR Wares BE PLACED IN A DISHWASHER?

Yes! Our wares are durable enough to be placed in the dishwasher unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure on how to care for your product please refer to the “Care Instructions” found with in the description on each product page.

CAN YOUR wares BE USED IN A MICROWAVE?

Yes! Our wares can be used in a microwave unless otherwise sated. However ceramics may be sensitive to sudden temperature changes. When moving ceramic dishes from the refrigerator to the microwave, allow them to reach room temperature before heating. This practice can help prevent thermal shock, causing the dish to crack.

CAN YOUR wares BE USED IN an OVEN?

No. Our wares are not designed to be cooked in.

Lead Time | Shipping | Returns

IS THERE A LEAD TIME?

Yes, each piece is made to order there for a small lead time is required. The typical lead time is 7 to 13 business days.

WHY IS THE PIECE I RECEIVED DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE PHOTOGRAPHED ON THE WEBSITE?

Each and every piece is handmade and they will always be unique! Techniques such as marbling and inlaying are never created by machines or templates which guarantee a one of a kind piece every time. Differences are to be expected and embraced.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Each order will be packaged with care, by hand. Only recycled packing material will be used in an effort to minimize our ecological footprint. All orders are sent out through UPS ground. A tracking number will be provide for every order when the package is shipped. Customers assume all responsibility for extra charges or returned packages.

DO YOU accept RETURNS?

At the moment, no. Since each piece is made to order returns are not excepted.
